Theme Speaker Noted Christian Author and Host of Her Daily Radio Program "Healing Touch" Norma Dearing
|
Norma Dearing is the
executive director of a non-profit Christian organization, Impact Communications
Ministries, which produces the radio program "The Healing Touch." Norma is the
featured speaker on this daily program that teaches the biblical message of the
healing power of Jesus. Norma effectively trains individuals and church
groups to follow Jesus in healing prayer and evangelism. She is the author of
the book, "The Healing Touch: A Guide to Healing Prayer for
Yourself and Those You Love," and has published articles in Christian
publications.
Norma served as a
prayer minister with her father-in-law, the late Rev. Frank Dearing, a pioneer
in the healing ministry. She later served as director of prayer ministry
at Christian Healing Ministries in Jacksonville for 14 years with Francis
MacNutt. During this time, she developed the School of Healing Prayer and
Foundations of Healing Prayer teaching series. She is heard daily on her
