APPLICATION FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

The dues you pay with this application pay your OSL Membership for one year. Upon receipt of payment you will receive the OSL Membership Kit and one subscription to SHARING Magazine, a journal of Christian Healing.  Thereafter, full annual renewal dues will be billed and receivable each year on the anniversary date of your membership (includes subscription to SHARING Magazine). If you are active in an OSL Chapter, please send an email to: richard@latoth.org with the name and address of your OSL Chapter and the time and place of regular healing services in your area.

It is possible to complete the Research and Study Program within six months and every Associate Member is encouraged to do this. Affiliation with a chapter during this period facilitates the study as well as acquaints the Associate Member with the general work of the Order in his or her area. After at least six months as an Associate Member, and upon completion of the required study, an Associate Member may apply to an OSL Chaplain or Regional Warden for induction as a Full Member. 

Membership entitles the person to a voice in the internal affairs of the Order plus the year’s subscription to SHARING Magazine and such other helps and benefits as are provided from time to time. He or she is also eligible to vote and to hold office. No one is denied membership in the Order because of inability to pay dues, so long as there is evidence that he or she is actively engaged in meeting the Order’s Objectives. (1982 By-laws, Article 1, Section 1.) Apply to the Chaplain of your local chapter.
